The combustible gas detection unit shall be programmed for this type of operation through contact opening. All outputs shall go to "Zero", there shall be no sampling or display but unit circuitry shall be on "stand-by" for immediate operation on contact closure.

The E3 CO combustible gas detection system is designed for enclosed vehicular spaces where two-speed fans are to be installed and/or remote alarm activation is required. This combustible gas detection system can cover up to 10,000 sq. ft. of clear, open space. It is designed to operate two-speed fans using two dry contacts that close at 35 and 100 PPM, as well as an additional relay with time delay for remote alarm activation. It also includes visual indicators on the front of the unit for 35 and 100 PPM CO, 100 PPM alarm, sensor trouble indication and an audible alarm that goes off after a specific time delay period user adjustable. Factory settings are relay contacts at 35 PPM CO and 100 PPM CO with a 15-minute delay for the 100 PPM alarm and relay.
