The Airex Industries line of blow back dampers range from 6'' to 42''. Blow back dampers are used on the inlet of hazardous dust collectors. A hinged door swings open under vacuum and drops closed via gravity when the blower is turned off. And adjustable counter balance arm aids in opening and closing the valve plate. This ensures no re-entrainment occurs when the blower is off. It also insures a seal if a fire occurs stopping the smoke form returning to the shop via the duct work. |
The Airex industries line of Trickle Valves provides a low cost, efficient, durable, means of controlling dust collectors discharge. They are available in multiple sizes, use no moving parts, have no electrical connections, easy to inspect, and can withstand abrasive materials. The trickle valve uses a hinged door to maintain the seal between the collector and discharge. Once the accumulation of dust exceeds the vacuum pressure the door releases and allows material to flow via gravity. Standard size are 10'' & 15''. Custom sizes can be made mild steel industrial construction. |
